Glenton 150
After 4 years of development, Glenton JKB releases its first jukebox.
Thanks to its two storage racks, its two turntables, and its robotic arm, Glenton 150 allows you to choose the order in which each title is played in a collection of up to 150 vinyl records, both 45 rpm and 33 rpm.
Pure sound for informed public:
In order to minimize sound distortion, the tonearms are long (more than 30 cm), while remaining light thanks to the use of aluminum and carbon fiber parts.
The turntables are massive, cut in natural stone to guarantee optimal sound reproduction.
The speakers can be separated from the jukebox to optimize sound diffusion.
As clever as aesthetic:
The tempered glass dome allows maximum visibility of the interior stage.
In order to allow access to records and turntables, the showcase can be lifted electrically thanks to 4 powerful cylinders.
The two turntables are designed to be loaded by the robotic arm, but it is also possible to use them manually.
A large drawer is integrated in the lower part, allowing you to store up to 200 pockets.
Several versions are available allowing you to customize the product to your liking:
- “PURE” version, plain color,
- “SPLIT” version, two colors,
- More exclusive “INFINITE” version (wood marquetry, mix of materials or special colours).
Embedded intelligence:
The gripper of the robotic arm is equipped with sensors. It is designed and programmed for precise and careful gripping, without any contact with the surface of the discs. The tonearms are motorized and equipped with several contactless sensors for track detection.
i&D accompanied Glenton JKB in a Global Design process, from the creation of universes, the logo, the Glenton 150 jukebox Design realization.
